The 2nd transnational project meeting of the UpFamilies initiative partnership took place on 29-30 May, in Amadora, organised by the partners Aproximar and O Mundo da Carolina.
This was an opportunity for all partners from the 5 countries involved to share and discuss the main achievements so far, and obstacles faced during the implementation of the initiative. Several topics were discussed, with particular emphasis on the discussion of state of play of each Project Result and the next steps.
